Every time we stay in Chelsea, like to stay here. The room is beautifully maintained and tidy and has a large bathroom. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is outstandingly accommodating and helpful.

Place was excellent modern, liked the stay.

Location: the hotel was next to restaurants, supermarket and other shops and the airport and downtown and the subway. We had lunch at nearby Burger King, tried their fast food options.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the modern and high-spec facilities as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were top-notch, and I appreciated the added convenience of having a microwave. The location of the hotel was also a key factor for me, as it was easily accessible and well-situated for my needs.

the confusion and lack of communication regarding my room reservation was frustrating. It was inconvenient to be switched to a different part of the hotel without prior notice and not receiving a refund for the original room.

Everything was fine, the parking was on-site, the room was well-maintained. Marvellous and awesome location, it was adjacent to other shops, a good area for walking round and restaurants, supermarket and other shops. Btw, I was at a medium distance from Memorial Stadium.

The staff was nice and the place was fairly clean. The hotel has great and awesome location so close to public transport, supermarket and the centre of town. It also was close to the airport. I had really comfortable days staying at this hip new venue.

The rooms were amazing and spotlessly clean, had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. The bathroom there was large. The location was marvellous close to the airport, you may take train on Chelsea train station within 15 minutes walk from here.
